Ανακοινώθηκαν τα επίσημα βραβεία της Ε3 2012, τα οποία όπως αντιλαμβάνεστε είναι ιδανικό θέμα για συζήτηση. Τα Game Critics Awards, όπως ονομάζονται, απονέμονται από μια ομάδα 35 κορυφαίων αμερικάνικων μέσων ενημέρωσης, που καλύπτουν τη βιομηχανία των video games. Μεγάλος νικητής της φετινής Ε3 λοιπόν είναι το πολυαναμενόμενο The Last of Us, το οποίο αναδείχθηκε μεταξύ άλλων καλύτερο παιχνίδι της έκθεσης, ενώ κέρδισε και άλλα βραβεία.
