Kαιρός ήταν…Η DICE ανακοίνωσε ότι μαζί με το επερχόμενο map pack θα γίνει διαθέσιμο και ένα σημαντικό update για το Battlefield Bad Company, το οποίο θα διορθώσει πολλά από τα προβλήματα που εδώ και μήνες ταλαιπωρούσαν τους παίκτες στο multiplayer, ενώ θα προσθέσει και υποστήριξη για Trophies στην PS3 έκδοση. Αναλυτικά τα fixes:
Priority fixes
Server Lag –Our #1 priority. The game servers were upgraded last week to improve performance.
Dog Tag Lag – The next update will include a fix for this issue
PS3 VOiP – We are still looking into this issue. Sony’s 2.42 Update should have addressed the majority of issues. Please let us know if you are still experiencing muted sound.
Additions enhancing the game
PS3 Trophy support – Yes you read correctly, PS3 Trophy support will be coming to Bad Company
Game Tweaks –
Removed one hit kills for knife against Friendlies
Bullets and knives go through bushes
After sprinting, you will be able to fire your weapon quicker
Helicopter can take damage from multiple trees
Additional minor tweaks to improve gameplay
Παράλληλα, επιτέλους θα γίνουν διαθέσιμα και τρία από τα πεντε κλειωμένα όπλα τα οποία μπορούσαν να αποκτηθούν μόνο μέσω προπαραγγελίας, μέσω εγγραφής στο newsletter και μέσω προόδου στο demo αντίστοιχα.
